Donation Program

We accept new or gently used canes, walkers, hospital beds, shower chairs and wheelchairs.  We then lend the equipment on an as needed basis.  In some cases, equipment is only needed for temporary use, like when someone has a broken leg or a relative is visiting who might need wheelchair while in town. Other situations require long term lending, often when medical insurance does not pay for such equipment because it is not considered medically necessary. Monetary donations are also greatly appreciated. You may donate to the foundation online via the donate button to the right, by mailing a check to our address, or by going to any TD Bank branch and making a donation to "The Wheeled Scotsman Foundation".
